Monitoring:

The CleanCare MonitorProgram provides periodic reporting and scheduling information to help with inventory control. You decide the format and frequency of reports to help you manage your inventory, track shipments and plan for future needs. Our computerized tracking systems allow us to track your linen usage down to the single item. And to help your staff get the most out of our system, the CleanCare training team meets with your staff to establish linen usage training programs and tracking systems.

Accountability:

When you partner with CleanCare, you can be assured that your linens will arrive clean and sanitized. Every process we follow - from laundering, handling and washing - complies with all Universal Precautions and with JCAHO, OSHA and AORN standards. Clean linen is transferred in poly-lined carts and soiled linen is returned in barrier bags. The CleanCare Accountability AssuranceProgram monitors "10 quality factors" to ensure that customers get "10-Point Quality" on a consistent basis.

Responsiveness:

The CleanCare Rapid ResponseProgram provides 24/7 emergency support for customers. As part of our partnership with you, we promise complete deliveries on a pre-arranged schedule. We provide round-the-clock emergency service on nights, weekends and holidays and our phones are answered by live customer service personnel 10 hours a day. No voice mail. No phone menu. Just responsiveness. Further, our drivers carry cell phones with them for faster and more seamless communication with our service department. Our phone answers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our professionally trained sales and service staff is always eager to assist you. Deliveries are made on our own trucks on specially designed mobile racks.
